Common Questions
How long does shipping take?
Typically 3–6 weeks depending on your destination port. We provide vessel tracking and ETA updates.
What documents do I receive?
Export Certificate, Bill of Lading, Auction Inspection Report, and De-registration Certificate are provided for every vehicle.
Can I request specific vehicles?
Yes! We attend live Japanese auctions on your behalf. Tell us your requirements and budget and we'll bid for you.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept USD and JPY via bank transfer (T/T). Full bank details are provided on your proforma invoice.
Do vehicles come with a warranty?
Vehicles are sold as-is with the Japanese auction condition grade. We recommend selecting Grade 4 or above for best condition.
What is CIF pricing?
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) means we include the vehicle, freight to your port, and marine insurance in one all-inclusive price.
